Hi, I’m Jenna.

I help individuals and couples in gently exploring the impact of past experiences and relational wounds that show up as anxiety, disconnection, and self-doubt.

My Approach

I blend EMDR, somatic work, and parts-based therapy to support healing from the inside out. This integrative style helps you process past pain, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change. My goal is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can feel understood and supported without pressure or judgment.

How I Work with Clients

Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored to your needs. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, addressing current challenges and long-standing patterns. Together, we create space for deeper healing, greater self-understanding, and more authentic connection with yourself and others.

WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING ABOUT JENNA

“I’m finally choosing healthy relationships that support me.”

No matter who I dated, I always ended up feeling anxious or not enough. Working with Jenna helped me understand how those patterns were connected to parts of my past I had never fully explored. Once I saw that, everything began to shift. I feel more confident now and am finally choosing relationships that truly support me.

— A.N.

“I’m feeling more like myself than ever.”

My stress and anxiety were the worst they had ever been when I first reached out to Jenna. I was nervous to start therapy again since my past experiences weren’t the best. She made it a safe space for me to open up about my feelings and past. I have new ways to cope with difficult times. I’ve never felt more myself after working with her, especially being around my partner and loved ones. I am thankful for the time I spent with Jenna!

— L.K.

“Working with Jenna helped me heal on a deeper level.

Therapy in the past felt helpful but kind of surface-level until I started working with Jenna. With her, everything clicked. We were able to go deeper, and EMDR helped me shift things I didn’t even realize I was still carrying. A lot changed for me in ways I didn’t think were possible. I finally feel unstuck, more grounded, and more like myself.

— K.D.
